Refund Policy

Summary

Asios offers a 14-day refund window on the first month of any new paid subscription. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

14-day first-month refund

If you sign up for a paid plan on any Asios product (Rooms, Standup, Line, or future products) and decide within 14 days of your first paymentthat the product isn't for you, email us and we'll refund that first month in full.

This applies once per product, per customer. Renewals after the first month are not covered by the 14-day window.

Cancellation

You can cancel any Asios subscription at any time:

  • From your account's billing page (self-service via the Stripe Customer Portal), or
  • By emailing us at the address below.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months outside the 14-day window.

Beyond 14 days

Outside the 14-day window, we review refund requests case by case. We'll generally refund unused time if you've been affected by an extended outage, a billing error on our end, or another good-faith reason. We do not offer refunds for usage you already consumed (AI turns, SMS messages, voice transcription minutes, or completed standups).

Asios Line (SMS) — usage notes

Asios Line subscriptions include a fixed monthly turn allowance (currently 200 turns on Personal, 600 on Power). Once turns are consumed in a billing period, they are not refundable. The 14-day window above still applies to your first paid month if you decide the service isn't a fit, regardless of turns used.

Disputes & chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please email us first — we answer billing emails within two business days and will make it right. Filing a chargeback before contacting us costs both sides money and slows the resolution. By using Asios, you agree to attempt to resolve billing concerns with us in good faith before initiating a chargeback.

How to request a refund

Email asios_app@proton.me from the address associated with your Asios account, with the product name (Rooms / Standup / Line) and the date of the charge. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. The version in effect on the date of your charge applies to that charge.
