Acceptance

By using any Asios product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

SMS Messaging (Asios Line)

Asios Line is a personal AI assistant accessed by SMS in the United States.

  • Opt-in: You opt in by sending a text message to our Asios Line phone number. By doing so, you agree to receive automated SMS replies from Asios.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to immediately stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Frequency: Message frequency is conversational — you receive one AI reply per message you send.
  • Carrier rates: Message and data rates may apply. Asios does not charge you per message; your mobile carrier's standard SMS/MMS rates apply.
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and have a US mobile number to use Asios Line.
  • Carriers: Supported on major US carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others). Asios is not liable for carrier delivery failures, delays, or outages.
  • AI replies: Asios Line replies are generated by large language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
  • Acceptable use: Do not use Asios Line for illegal activity, harassment, spam, automated bulk messaging, or to generate harmful or deceptive content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
  • Privacy: SMS message contents are processed per our Privacy Policy.

Services

Asios LLC provides AI-powered software tools including Asios Rooms and other products listed at asios.app. Services are provided "as is" without warranty.

Accounts & Billing

  • Free tiers are available with usage limits
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (14-day first-month refund; case-by-case thereafter)

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal activity
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt to overload the service
  • Use the AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content

Ephemeral Content

Asios Rooms and similar products are designed to be temporary. Content is automatically deleted when the room expires. We are not responsible for preserving ephemeral content. Do not use Asios as your sole storage for important information.

Limitation of Liability

Asios LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including data loss, service interruptions, or AI response inaccuracies. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
