By using any Asios product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Services

Asios LLC provides AI-powered software tools including Asios Rooms and other products listed at asios.app. Services are provided "as is" without warranty.

Accounts & Billing

• Free tiers are available with usage limits
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activity
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to overload the service
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content

Ephemeral Content

Asios Rooms and similar products are designed to be temporary. Content is automatically deleted when the room expires. We are not responsible for preserving ephemeral content. Do not use Asios as your sole storage for important information.

Limitation of Liability

Asios LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including data loss, service interruptions, or AI response inaccuracies. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
